We love this sushi place close to us. They always greet us and are very friendly and fast. The food is always delicious. I haven't had a bad dish yet. They have lots of options for vegans and vegetarians. They are happy to accommodate any special requests also. Great prices and huge variety of sushi and Korean dishes. They give discount for pick up too. We are very lucky to have a sushi restaurant that knows what they're doing nearby!

This little cozy Korean-Japanese restaurant in Fraser Heights is my family's to-go place for Japanese cuisines! they have all sorts of small tapas, creative rolls, lunch bentos, and even Korean dishes!! their dinner bento are honestly my personal top pick! Love the Croquette that comes with it~ and we also tried out the Korean fried chicken that was also amazingly delicious

This place is a bit confusing at first as the sign outside says sushi Zion. But once you get closer it also says 104 Sushi & Co. Like I said, a bit confusing.
The prices are way cheaper here than anywhere else in the area and the quality is about the same.
The amount of food is a lot too! Will definitely be back! -

Yummy!
This place is near my work and I was having a sushi craving. As you know by now, spicy tuna roll is my favorite roll! I ordered the spicy tuna combo and it comes with 8 pcs of spicy tuna roll, cucumber roll, and spicy tuna sashimi. What I love most is how soft the rice is and how saucy it is! I would give the spicy tuna combo a 5!
Im definetly going back here for sure to get the same combo. So happy its near my work! -

This restaurant has a confusing name. One banner says 104 Sushi & Co and then there is another that says Sushi Zion. We stopped by just before the dinner rush and seated ourselves to a corner of the restaurant.
Menus, and tea were dropped off shortly. We ordered the Spicy Roll Combo, Sashimi Sushi Combo, tamago nigiri, toro nigiri and amaebi nigiri. Food arrived in good time. Seafood was fresh. Spicy rolls were actually spicy.
My only complaints was that I had to flag staff to refill tea. Staff were quick to refill all the other tables once we asked. They dropped off a sliced orange for dessert and I found that to be nice gesture to finish off the meal.
